Companies know AI should change how they operate. Most don't know where it will create real value. That is the gap I work in.
I've spent more than a decade moving across operations, product, growth and startups, usually where the problem is messy and nobody quite owns it. AI has turned that range into a distinctive capability: I can understand a business, identify what is genuinely worth changing, and take it from an unclear opportunity to a working product or system.
I don't just advise, and I don't just build. I work out what is worth building, then make it real.
